Commercial Services
Our commercial service relies on your very own customized trip schedule. We provide service on an annual contract basis in accordance with the number of trips needed to meet your standards for optimal property maintenance. Our maintenance package consists of a 43 trip schedule. This schedule includes the basics like mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and trash pick-up for every service trip. This includes servicing the property on a weekly basis during the months of March-October and bi-weekly services during the months of November-February. Other basics include monitoring of the irrigation system by a licensed professional every month, fertilizing 4 times throughout the year, trimming of any bushes, small caliper tree trimming, pesticide and fungicide spraying (as needed) are done automatically, making it easier on you to manage your property.

Residential Services
We offer both weekly and by-weekly lawn service throughout the year. Each scheduled trip includes mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off all grass clippings. We will also make any recommendations to you, the client, throughout the year of when the best times are to mulch, fertilize, prune shrubs, and any other items we may notice while at your property.
